They were horrible. They were sent to me by my home warranty company. It started in March and they finally finished what they had to do in July. I did not pay them anything because it was through the home warranty company. They did not seem to actually care and they took so long with the scheduling. Nothing about what they did made sense. It drew out the process longer than it needed to.

It was awful! I told them when I made the appointment that the compressor had died and I had purchased a new compressor and I wanted them to come over and install it. I told them exactly what was wrong, but things still went wrong. First, they called me the morning of the appointment to cancel. Once they came out, the installer did not listen to my suggestions. After he left, it would not cool. It took them three trips to get it correct and there were delays and incompetent technicians. The last technician seemed to be competent and did get it right, but I really want to warn people away from them because it was such a bad overall experience. They did try to make good and give me a very small discount, but it was very small compared to the overall cost.
