Magdaleno - Complete Handyman Service

In order to get the house ready to be put on the market, I was searching for a handyman who could not only deal with painting but also had expertise in repairing wallpaper. A co-worker of mine suggested Mr. Magdaleno. He had used him when he repainted his house and had nothing but the highest praises for the man and the quality of work he does. I gave Mr. Magdaleno a call 11/13/2012 around noon asking for a price quote and he came to my home in the evening of the same day to look things over and gave me a quote right than and there. After agreeing on the price he came with an assistant the following Friday, 11/15/2012 and started to work non-stop and finished up Saturday evening, 11/16/2012. His work and professionalism was absolutely flawless.
The finished product looks so good that I have fallen in love with my house all over again. Mr. Magdaleno and his assistant cleaned up after themselves so well that there was no indication of paint on windows, floor boards, carpets or anywhere else. They vacuumed the carpets to get rid of all dust from sanding the walls or wallpaper residues. I have nothing but the highest praises for Mr. Magdaleno.
