All my problems and worries were taken care of. I had called the evening before, was delighted to be able to get service the next morning. As usual, the price was less than I'd feared. I have used this company for many years, so it probably helps that they know my buildings and plumbing. It's a father-son team, informal and friendly, kind and courteous.
