We are very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work provided by Kerry and his team at Creativescapes Landscaping. 
We requested and received numerous estimates from local landscaping companies detailing what was needed to improve the look and functionality of our backyard which we had been dissatisfied with since buying our home two years ago.  Each of the
estimates varied wieldy in costs ($12,000 - $22,000) and focus with some highlighting our need for added drainage and irrigation while others focused on the need to remove trees and add new sod.  Then, we never heard from any of the companies again. 
After sharing my frustration with a co-worker, he passed along my contact information to Kerry at Creativescapes Landscaping.  Kerry then contacted me and set up a time to meet with us and evaluate our yard.  When they arrived, Kerry and his team immediately started taking measurements, asked us lots of questions, and pointed out things we had not noticed or thought of.
He then provided us with drawings and an estimate that addressed all of the issues with the backyard and suggested some improvements for the front yard.  The plan included lots of options for us to choose from and was designed in a way that would allow us to make additional improvements over time. 
After settling on the final plan, Kerry and his team embarked on a complete redesign of our backyard.  The plan first required the removal of 8 medium to large diseased trees which was complicated by the limited access to the backyard.  This limited the equipment they could use and required them to use our neighbors driveway and added manpower.  Once the trees were removed, all of the old sod, plants, and hedges were removed and several loads of new soil were brought in to adjust the slope of the yard and aid with drainage. 
Kerry and his team also brought in several loads of gravel as part of their installation of three French drains.  They also installed two catch basins and drain lines to catch water runoff from the roof and drive-way and a multi-zone irrigation system which they linked to the existing irrigation system in the front yard and then installed a new single control box and timer.  They also moved and adjusted a number of the sprinkler heads in the front yard to improve coverage. 
Kerry and his team then installed a number of large flat stones which provided a walk-way from the front yard to the backyard gate where they installed a stone paved walkway to the pool and deck. Before finishing the job, Kerry and his team trimmed and pruned all of our hedges and remaining trees and put down new pine-straw in all of the flower beds and landscaped
areas.   
Because of the significant amount of drainage installed and digging/trenching, Kerry has remained in contact to monitor how well the drainage is working and to have us watch for any settling/sinking which he indicated he would return to address.
I am sure I have not covered everything and am not suggesting with my positive review that everything went exactly as we had originally planned it.  Rarely does a project this large and this involved go without unplanned obstacles or delays.  However, Kerry communicated with us throughout the entire process and we are very pleased with the results.
