I have two sons, one son has bought four cars from Carmax in Texas the other son has bought is only car from Carmax in Georgia he lives in California now. the only negative that I have is that the owner's manual was missing from this car and that is the only negative and you need the owner's manual to know how to change the clock to day light saving time and you need the owner's manual to find how to work the garage openers how to program them and that's everything luckily there is a thing call the Lexus forum online and I can get those answers from those people.

Sales consultant Mike McCormick and appraiser Jeremy Legg were both not only savvy and professional but also patient and courteous. I didn't end up buying a car there or selling them my car, however, being at CarMax was a positive experience.
