Home Inspection
Mr Pope completed a thorough home inspection ($275) on my property I had placed under contract. His inspection saved me thousands (found rotten wood at multiple sites, broken support beams in attic, debris, poor vapor barrier, and hanging insulation in crawl space). I was told the repairs were complete so I arranged for a him to do a re-inspection ($100) the work was not done properly. The owner agreed to hire professionals to compete the work. His third visit was at the expense of the homeowner. The work was completed and I was very happy with the results.
