Roofing
They did a good job but there was a little complication with the piece on the patio section where the weather prevented them but they did finish it. There was a piece of wood that was not included in the contract for them to do but they did replace that free of charge. They did the roof very well and very quickly. They had a subcontractor for the patio work and they didn’t have the materials so that took a little while. The workmanship was good. The price was fair and way better than what I've seen from big box stores. I paid less for this size of the house compared to what I would pay for a house that is less than 1,200 square feet. They said they were going to come on a particular day and they showed up at that time. They had damaged a thing when they were putting on the roof and they called somebody to fix it. They did not deny that this part of the item was bad so that was good.
