We went to take our puppy for a wellness exam and we did the fecal exam to ensure he didn’t have any parasites. Everything went good until the next day when our puppy started with bloody diarrhea. They tested him for parvo and a giardis came positive. WE HAD PAID FOR THE FECAL EXAM JUST THE DAY BEFORE. The fecal was supposed to “test” for giardia. Total for both visits was $250. Our puppy still was sick after the medicine and they kept refusing to see him saying he just needed more medication and it was normal. Glad we went elsewhere. By the way, they sold us $20 vitamins that you can find on amazon for $9.

They are so sweet. They are so nice.  My groomer had to stop grooming him because he started biting him.  But I can take him here and they can clip his toe nails even thought they have to put him to sleep to do it.  He thinks that he is a pit bull.  They are a hospital and everything, they groom, and he stays there and he's got shots and everything. It's reasonable for what we got.  The best thing is it really is 24/7.  They are there all the time.  My dog got hit my an SUV.  It was after hours and they said bring him on in.  We got him there. You can bring food, they recognize that some dogs won't eat their food. We always take his food.

My experience has been good. They are professional and do expert evaluations on your pet. They are honest and loyal to you.

The primary vet, Hannah Guishard, is excellent. She is very consciencious, and I have known her for about 12 years. I couldn't think anymore of a vet, she's handled routine items and serious issues for me.

They are very friendly. The doctor is extremely nice and she is very caring with the animals. They provide you with a photo ID card of your pet that shows you are up to date.
