The service was terrible. They "completed" the gutter and soffit and fascia work. I contracted them to replace all rotten wood. They did not. They left up rotten fascia and soffit. After that was done, they replaced my roof, which appears to be ok, and the ceiling in my foyer as there was a leak. The contract stated that to work was to be completed the week of Aug 22. It is December 20 and there is still un-mudded drywall in my foyer and there has been no light fixture in that area since they took it down to fix the ceiling. They made several appointments (4, to be exact) to come out and complete the work that I already paid them for. I waited on all 4 occasions and not only did they not show up or call explaining, they then disappeared and would not return my calls. I had to threaten legal action to get them out to fix the issues, but in "fixing" the issues, they did not want to take down the gutters they installed to replace the rotten soffit, and so they patched it with little squares of wood. The wood was so rotten that it had actual holes in it, large enough for me to put my hand in. They still have not replaced all of the rotten soffit or fascia, and frankly their "repairs" to their original shoddy work is worse than their original shoddy work. Their service is unacceptable and lazy and I do not recommend this company. I'm not sure why they have such good reviews on this website (this is where I found them, and impressed with their reviews, regrettably hired them). The process was begun in July and here we are in the end of December and the work is not completed. The sales guy doesn't return calls and comes up with all kinds of excuses when you press. Save yourself the headache and use another company. This one should be embarrassed for taking people's hard earned money and doing such a terrible job. (Also, even though the foyer ceiling is written on the contract, the sales guy told me that it was not included in the price and squeezed me into giving him another $80 to cover his "personal expenses". Completely unprofessional.)
