I wanted to match the mulch so he took a sample. He came back with a sample and I agreed. When he was laying the mulch, I told him it wasn’t the right color. He said it would look different after it dried. It did not, and it was not what I ordered. I went into the supplier and they said that they would get things taken care of. The supplier was willing to work with him but he refused. When I told Travis Landscaping about this, he refused to warranty the job. The supplier was willing to charge only half of what the original price was.
