property management
+ -1 morerenter moved out and house was supposedly inspected when owner goes to house the house not clean is anunderstatement. the property management the owners dealt with is rude, unprofessional, and focused on their other business. they are only focused on receiving money, and not actually managing the property. The property manager did not communicate with the renter or the owner. She rarely returned phone calls or emails. When issues are brought to her attendtion, propertry manager starts acting irrate, raising her voice and screaming, not trying to listen at all; this is with both the renter and the owner.
Description of Work: the provider did not commuincate and with not only the person renting the house to resolve issues but also would not return phone calls and emails to the owner. Provider sent inadequate fix it personnel to fix and resolve issues at all times and day and night. this called additional issues where owners had to come out of pocket thousands of dollars to fix issues that could have been resolved if experienced personnel were hired.
