I had a bad experience with a previous pest control company so at this point I had already had several quotes and knew what I should be looking for. I had learned that cheaper isn't better if you want the problem taken care of long term. John was very personable and knowledgable. One thing John did that other companies did not do was actually inspect my attic for squirrels. Other companies simply took my word for it and gave me a quote. John explained the trapping process and the gutter guard system. Other companies included a year warranty that I would have to pay a cost each year to renew. So although John's estimate was higher than others I had received I knew exactly what I was getting and in addition John's work came with a lifetime guarantee. John came out with a couple guys over a couple of days and worked for many hours. And most importantly the squirrels were trapped and have not reentered my home.

I like that he is honest, he comes when he says he will, he has the highest quality employees, and it's a pleasure doing business with his office. He has excellent pricing. There are no problems what so ever.
