Chris and his team did excellent work, as promised. Got to our job quickly and was very professional.

Unpleasant experience, unprofessional incomplete contract. I never received a specified estimate which led to a miscommunication about what was included in the price quoted. This led to the contract being terminated prior to completion. Door was installed without proper insulation and if I was not present during the install, this would have gone unnoticed. They had to come back to fix this and retouch minor issues that is still not properly done. I will now need to hire a different contractor to complete the project and install the storm door

Hired due to middle of the road estimate and seemed professional, but results are disappointing. Craftsmanship was below average to average, but to this day job remains unfinished. I will have to finish in my own time. Overall disappointed with experience.

I hired Chris and his services last year to remodel bathrooms. Trying to be diligent, I reached out to over 5 different people for quotes, interviewed each one, and contacted references. Considering Chris's explanation he will be overseeing each project and the fairly reasonable quote for both bathrooms I chose to work with him. He offered great customer service whenever we had issues but was rarely on site to oversee the project. Communication became difficult when only his Spanish speaking contractors were available and any issues or questions were hard to communicate to us. Not only this but the quality of work was also questionable. From a distance, the bathrooms look great but take a closer look you see that tile work was a bit sloppy, glass shower door is leaking, and other things could've been much a better. It could be the materials we chose weren't suitable for what we were asking for like glass tile in the shower. This became an issue when drilling was necessary for the shower doors. As a result, the tile had to be replaced because it cracked as the holes were drilled. He mentioned drilling glass tile was an issue and didn't have the right equipment on the first attempt in order to prevent the glass tile from cracking. We shared all product choices with Chris and often asked for advice. I think this issue could have been avoided if we had known to choose a different type of tile. The only saving grace is that Chris was very helpful and wanted to ensure we were happy which I appreciate. The broken glass tile was replaced. However, it would have really dragged on the project if I continued to ask for things to be corrected. I think if I had the ability to be home (despite working full time) to oversee and spot issues immediately while work is being done, we would've been able to adapt and correct in that moment rather than seeing the changes after the work for the day had been completed. I unfortunately did not have that luxury as taking off for multiple days a week for months in order to be home for this is simply unreasonable. I wish him luck and he is a great and patient guy but I will not use his services again. I need someone that I can trust to do the work accurately without much management and that did not seem to be the case this time.
