Poor communication through entire process $25k for the kitchen and it is still not right after 3 weeks Laid my tile wrong had to take half of it back up Installed wrong your cabinets twice Tried to rig them up to make them work but just such a cheap product it is not working may have to rip them out and start over Ended up telling them not to install crown molding their attempt was so horrible I told them I?d just do it myself Left cigarette butts all in my yard and my wifes flower bed Illegally dumped my trash in a neighbors dumpster and had to go remove it after I received call from said neighbor Backsplash looks like a child grouted it Finally told them to just finish as best they could and go Beat and banged up the cabinets when installing tried to fix with white marker They should not be in business I have pics to prove the mess they did if anyone in interested

I thought really hard about writing this review. I usually do not like to say anything negative about a company. However, in this case, I feel I have to. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I was very disappointed in the quality of work I received and the time it took to complete the work. The work was started in early October and was not finished until after Christmas. I had the countertop and backsplash done, as well as my kitchen floor tiled. Every time I walk into my kitchen I want to cry. The work looks like it was done by someone who watched a DIY video. I think the person she sent to do the backsplash and kitchen floor was not very experienced in doing this kind of work. Parts of the backsplash are messy and tiles are crooked. Tiles were placed too far down over the light switches and it was almost impossible for the cover to go back on. Two were actually glued down. The tiles on the kitchen floor are unevenly spaced and some are higher than others. To Jennifer credit, she did try to fix the issues but actually made them worse. I wish there was a way I can post pictures. I am giving this company a two because the guy she sent to do the countertop did a good job.

I was not happy with the finished result.

My main complaint is the lack of communication. Almost from the beginning, I had to reach out to her to check on what was going on. Time, after time, I expected workers to show up and they would be delayed - but I was never told of the delays until I contacted her. The problem with the actual installation was that there was a mistake in templating (measuring) the backsplash and/or the ledge top on the pony wall. During installation, I pointed out the big gap; but the installers insisted it was ok because it would be caulked. Well, the caulking only made it look worse. To her credit, Jennifer agreed to fix it. Eventually, it was fixed, but it took 4 weeks and several schedule changes, none of which were communicated to me until I contacted her. The contractor who came and fixed the ledge did a good job. But, he said he would come back the next day to sand and paint the drywall that was damaged during the installation. No show! I have heard nothing more from Jennifer, and I am done reaching out to her. I will sand and paint myself.

Jennifer is amazing! She is thorough, honest, and works hard. She also has a great idea for design if you are in need of ideas to make your space(s) more functional. We will definitely use Encore Granite Cabinets & Flooring again.

Complete job done quickly and professionally

Very professional. Showed up on time and early the few days it took to install flooring in the entire home. Would definitely recommend this company for home repairs. Will hire again!

Install was rescheduled three times. Installers did good work.

Alberto was great. I told him I had the material. But I didnâ t have the right material. He went out and got the right material and came right back. I didnâ t have to reschedule. The quality of work was great. I would definitely hire again. Excellent customer service

Good price, speedy work, wore masks as asked, accommodated a specific preference/request which created extra work, and nothing worth mentioning for complaint.

Install looks great, price was great, and it was done on time! What more can you ask for?

These folks are professional, friendly, and very helpful making decisions as to how you want your finished product to look. We will hire them again for any tile work we need in the future.

I was very happy.. We settled on price, she told me when she could start and finish, that my job would look great when finished and it would be done in 2days. Everything she said happen just like she said.!!!!!! I give this company A 5 STAR rating and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!! Larry
