Chastain Roofing‎

We selected Chastain Roofing to replace our roof on the basis of other reviews on Angie's List and other sources. Our experience with them was outstanding. They were prompt with appointments, provided a fair and accurate estimate, and performed the work as promised. They also helped us out with our somewhat stubborn insurance company. Chastain was considerate of our home and property and did a thorough cleanup. They also would not accept any payment until the job was finished to our satisfaction and our final insurance check to us was on it's way. We dealt mostly with Brad who was always available and we especially appreciated his keeping us informed. He promised we would be pleased and we most definitely are. We highly recommend Chastain.

Very well. Crews are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and responsive. Clean-up was fabulous - didn't even know they where there. That's the best part!

Chastain was great. Job was done right, done fast and done on time. Brad (sales) and Dale (owner) were both very accommodative with the timing of the job as I had some other, less than punctual, contractors delaying the job. We also had some special requests and extra attention to detail requirements that were met. Overall it went great!

They came out and did the job exactly as I requested. They worked fast and showed up on time.

I was out of town and my wife called me to tell that water was starting to drip in our sons room.  We were new to the area and had no idea who to call.  A neighbor's sister had used Chastain in the past and thought they did a good job so we gave them a call.  I could tell they were slammed because a big storm went thru the area and and first I thought they would be to busy to help me.  They came to my house the next day, gave us a quote and i believe they had it fixed the following day (but not positive cause its been awile).  I had no time to call around to other places so i have no idea if their prices were competitive.  We will need a new roof in the next year or two and I will definitely being calling them for a quote.  If there prices are competitive I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my home again.

Several years ago I had my roof replaced by Chastain
roofing.  They were in and out in a
single day and did an excellent job. 
Then I noticed water leaking thru my garage ceiling during a severe
thunderstorm recently.  I traced it to a
valley joint just over the garage. 
 
I called Chastain and even though the roof was well out of
warrantee they realized it was an issue. 
Within days a crew came out and fixed the problem at no charge. 
 
This certainly says something about “Doing the Right Thing!”  Chastain did do the right thing in my case
and I would most heartily recommend them. 
Without exception their representatives were courteous, understanding
and polite. 
 
The workers arrived and repaired my roof in a few hours and
it has withstood the test of several heavy rain showers.  I am more than happy to highly recommend
Chastain Roofing for any roof repairs one needs.

They respomded to our call promptly and sent somene out the next day to give us an estimate. The workers were polite, clean and professional. They showed up on time to complete the job, worked efficientsly and did a good job, Everything was completely cleaned up when they left.

They were prompt and stuck to the bid.  They were punctual and professional.

They were a couple of days late in getting here. They came back and took down some fascia boards as they hadn’t done it right. It didn’t cost us anything then. I had recommended them to my neighbors for roofing work, and they were happy.

Excellent service. Replaced entire roof of a very large house in less than 3 days. Complete clean up. Would not hesitate to recommend.

When I arrived home the following day, the roof was repaired, the match great and other than ther roof was repaired you would know he was ever there. About 5 days latter, we received the bill in the mail for the agreeded upon amount. The bill did say he repaired shingles on the front and back of the roof. I'm not sure if found another problem, or it was just a miscommunication between repair and billing. It didn't matter really ! The whole process took two days, from estimate to completion.

It went smoothly and they finished the roof in one day. The gutters were replaced two days later. I recommended them to my neighbors as they had hail damage too, and they chose to use them after getting estimates from several other roofers. They were happy with too.

They arrived when they said they would be there and went right to work. As the weather was threatening that day, they had tarps to cover the roof if need and only did one side at a time in case it rained. They stayed about 2 hours past normal quiting time (7:00PM) to finish the job that day. Bill Hammond came by the next day to check the work and ask if I was satisfied.

It was a great. They were done in just a couple of days. They replaced plywood that needed replaced. They even cleaned up after themselves. We live in a golf cart community, and we rolled over a roofing nail in our golf cart, and they fixed the flat tire for us.

They were very diligent with the work, because the week they came out it rained everyday. They worked hard despite the rain and after they pulled the roofing up they did not stop until they were finished getting everything covered up. Everything has been great since they came out. There have been no leaks. I got estimates from four companies and though Chastain was not the cheapest they were the company that impressed me the most. I like that it is a smaller family owned and run business. They have physical office so that if I ever had problem I could drive right over and get some help. I was impressed that they were completely forth coming when I asked them questions. I did not however not know all of the questions to ask, and I did not feel that they helped me with that much.
