Two of the awnings are fine and the third is puckered. We've called no fewer than 10 times over the past 6 weeks to ask that the problem be fixed. Our salesperson, Frank Mann, has told us four times, "I'll be out tomorrow to take a look," but has never done so. He failed to show up again today, so we feel our only recourse is to dispute the credit card charge.

"We apologize about not being able to fix your awning. Sometimes fabric can have wrinkles especially on recovering existing older frames that may be out of square."

I called the company around 9:30 am on Monday, March 2 and they sent a gentleman to make the repair by 11:00 am. He was very professional and took care of the problem in less than an hour.

Frank came out and did a quick estimate and was very helpful in discussing options and alternatives. His crew who came out to actually install the awnings was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They completed their work skillfully and quickly.

I will use this company again because there was a small problem and Frank made it right. He kept sending people back until it was right. Frank is great. I really like him a lot. I think Frank is the owner too. The company has been around for a while. I used them about six years ago and the service was great. I am happy to report they are just as good now.
