Nick did a great job from start to finish. He explained the entire the process in detail, which was a great learning experience for all involved (including our children). Nick surgically took down a dead pine tree, by climbing the tree and dropping it in 10 foot sections. From beginning to end it took about an hour. Nick is also an arborist and was able to assess the other trees on our property. A really nice, honest guy who clearly loves what he does. Would definitely recommend to others and I plan on using his services again in the near future.

We had a real mess around our properties, many years of neglect of tree trimming, removal, brush and shrub growth. Had gotten estimates from the big well established tree removal services, seems like all they wanted to do was come in and start cutting down everything in site to escalate the price. I called Nick because I had received one of his fliers in the occassional mailings we all get. I had him come out and I was immediately impressed. He was a well educated professional Arborist. He listened to my concerns, then gave me his opinion as an Arborist... what could be saved, what should be removed, etc. We hired him because he gave me a good vibe plus he is a heck of a nice guy. Nick and his crew were hired for 3 days total... they did an outstanding job from start to finish. This is the guy you want to work on your tree issues!

With each visit, we were completely pleased with the work Arbor Doc did. He is just a nice man who knows his business. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called to schedule an appointment and they were out the next day. Took the tree with no disturbance to the surrounding landscaping. Brilliant work! Sent a bill and that was that. Responsive, pleasant to work with, high quality work. Highly recommended!

I was impressed with Nick the owner but the workers could have been more courteous. They were very busy and this could have had something to do with it. The power company was at our home at the same time. I noticed that our mailbox got damaged and I was unsure who did it. Nick advised me that there is always someone behind any vehicle when backing up to ensure the workers do not hit anything but Nick took responsibility and gave us a discount on the work. I requested an invoice a couple times but never got one. Their truck leaked some type of fluid onto the driveway. The truck had just been repaired and they even offered to clean up the fluid on the driveway but I am having my driveway cleaned in the near future and I declined. They could have left the work-site a little cleaner at the end of the project. They are very careful of protecting the lawn and making sure there was no heavy equipment to ruin the lawn.
