His prompt and courteous assistance is one of the main reasons I chose this company over tens of others that I looked at. The grades are based on the rental process so far (inquiries, selection, contract, deposit), not on the rental property or experience with the company during our rental period.
Description of Work: We have rented a home on Tybee Island with this company and have not completed our stay there yet.
