+ -1 moreHe is excellent and provides full service renovation and restoration. He also has done new construction as well. He has excellent subcontractors. He is timely, gets the work done and the quality of the work is excellent. He addresses any problems upfront and if there are any changes to conditions he lets me know and gives me the opportunity to make decisions. He is here on the job, making sure everything is done right. If he says they are going to be here at a certain time, they are here at that time. They cleaned up every day that they came and worked on the outside of our house. It was a lot of mess because we had to remove all the decking and we have lots of decks. They hauled everything away and cleaned up when they left. Everyday at the end of the day I did not have a big mess left around my house so they were great about that. He is not the cheapest.
Description of Work: I used Spalding Restorations to rebuild our decks. He also was the contractor for the exterior renovation of our house. He now is doing the interior renovation of our house. He is coordinating replacing sheetrock and updating our bathrooms.
