We've used them before. He's always done good work for us, but the last time, it was very difficult to get him to finish the job. I would say he had done major construction for us the past that was excellent. He remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom and built the half of the shower and built cabinets for a studio all without any problem. But, this time, for some reason, the job was not as good as it was before because it was difficult to get him back to do the work. One thing in my opinion is that I know he had back surgery during this time, but he had another very large job and it appeared that he didn't come back and finish all the details on our job. He left without collecting all of his money. We handled it. It's a small place and we've already taken cared of it.

He does extremely good work. In the past he has built porch for us, remodeled the kitchen and bathroom. He is very trustworthy and punctual. His estimates are well within the range of everyone else. His price is probably lower than the most remodelers. He is doing some job for us now. He is building some cabinets. His price is good.
