i am small indivudallly owned and operated for 6 yrs.i do 80% of al the work with electrical myself i have 1 part time helper if needed.i do sub-contracting if new constrution i require 20% down and bill for half after rough-in has passed inspection and collect rest on final inspection.on service work i have 2 hr min and would like to gett paid upon completion of project.
