I was very pleased with their services. In particular, I was happy with how responsive they were, as it is very inconvenient to be without heat or hot water. All of the employees are polite and respectful.

They told me when the new tank breaks down, they'll take out the old tank too. I am also dissatisfied with their maintenance and pricing, so I am changing providers.
