Calhoun finished the fence. 5% of the fence looked great, 95% of the fence had nails sticking through, to the point where it could snag you, if you walked by too close and it was a danger. Calhoun told me that the guy worked by himself and he set the pressure of the nail gun too high. He nailed the tips of the nails coming through down. The nails rusted. The fence looks like someone took a machine gun and riddled the entire fence with bullets. Calhoun started to build the staircase, by cutting into my existing deck. That was the last time I saw him. I spoke with him once and he promised to complete my deck work, but he never showed up at the job site. I have dead spots on my lawn, created by the materials, mud on my concrete and house. The gate for the fence was heavy, it wouldn't close (my other entrance wasn't built). Another contractor come out, added 2 heavy duty hinges to compensate for the weight. Now, I have water leaking underground where the hole for the gate was dug.
