Sudlow Concrete is the absolute BEST! I am a very particular person when it comes to any work being done to my home and they went above and beyond my expectations! I had a vision for my backyard and they worked extremely hard to bring it to fruition. After I paid for my services, I noticed something small that wasn’t done the way I envisioned it and they were so incredibly sweet to come back out to my home and adjust it to my vision. The workman for Sudlow are incredible! They’re extremely proficient and attentive to detail. Bill whom is the owner of Sudlow was so wonderful as he always answered my phone calls and was able to answer any and all of my questions. He even called me back on his vacation to ensure that I was happy with the work being done. I am happy to give Sudlow Concrete Company 5-stars for great work, reasonable price and outstanding service from Mr. Bill and Mr. Rogelio. Right after our beautiful walkways were completed, there were thunderstorms that caused water intrusion in our basement. We didn’t know if this was caused by the new walkways or clogged gutters, so Mr. Rogelio and Mr. Bill came to investigate and provided solutions to avoid the issue moving forward. Ultimately, we were very happy with the work and the care that went into ensuring a job well done. I highly applaud the owner, Mr. Bill Sudlow, for demonstrating his passion and support to his customers.

Everything wa great. Difficult project done

We are very happy with the Project we had completed at our Home. We has a sidewalk added that went the length of the driveway and wrapped around to the side of the house. The estimate process and pre-work walk through with Bill was crucial to the success of the project. The office staff, Kristi, was great to work with. The crew doing the work were great, hard working, and did a fantastic job. The finished project looks better then we imagined. Very happy with the process and results!

Sudlow Concrete just completed our driveway and sidewalk and did an outstanding job. They showed up on-time, removed the existing concrete, installed new concrete and cleaned up in one day! We were very impressed with the way the choreographed the dumpster to haul away the old concrete and the delivery of the new was impressive. Minimal inconvenience for the neighbors. The entire team from proposal through project completion were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely use them again. We have them scheduled to put flagstone on our porch next week.

We needed a parking pad poured adjacent to our driveway and I couldn’t be happier with Bill and the team, from the office to the crew. Solomon and his crew arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, detailed, and answered all of our questions. They had to remove some remnants of a tree stump to level the area. They were careful with the existing concrete and lawn area and still completed the job in half a day or so.

picked up the wrong stone and rather than have the stone replaced they installed most of the incorrect with a portion of the correct stone.

Sudlow only has one person that does stamped concrete and he doesn't really seem to care about the quality of his work. My porch is full of crusting cracks. They also embedded one of my wood steps in concrete. When they came to fix it, they did a really poor patch job. I would hire someone else.

Like a well-oiled machine. We had our driveway substantially widened and flared into three different increasing widths - - not your standard rectangular job. Executed to perfection. These guys came in and did the whole thing in a day, and you won’t find a better looking result anywhere in Atlanta - - just beautiful. It was almost like watching a choreographed dance, the way each team member worked and how the whole process flowed. Got the whole thing done and left by 2 PM. Amazing! Nice guys to boot, and the cost was the low bid across three contractors. Can you say “Super Satisfied?” You bet.

Our experience with Sudlow Concrete from my first call to Kristi in setting an appointment with Aaron to assess/quote the job to the final follow-up from Bill Sudlow making sure that we were satisfied was excellent! We received other quotes and Aaron was the most thorough where he pointed out areas of our old driveway that were too low and not providing proper drainage. With the appropriate grading and leveling by their expert crew, we no longer have these issues and rainwater now runs off properly. Now as far as the crew, the job started exactly when it was scheduled for with their experienced crew arriving promptly all 3 days and working into the early evening. You could tell immediately that this crew was talented and worked well together, and they were never idle. We have lots of trees that hang over portions of our driveway and our job was done during peak foliage, so I was concerned that all the shedding leaves and acorns would be a problem. They had a crew member constantly blowing the newly fallen leaves away while others were smoothing and brushing the new surface so we maintained a clean fresh finish. Once the job was completed, their owner Bill Sudlow followed up with me immediately making sure that everything met with our approval. We highly recommend Sudlow Concrete!

Bill and his crew arrived on time to start the demolition and frame work on day one, day two was concrete pouring and continued framing. Very impressed with the crews job knowledge and the patience to fully answer any and all concerns we had. My wife and I hired Sudlow Concrete to replace our driveway less than a year ago and they did a wonderful job. We recently hired them again to come back to our home to do an add on to the driveway. Sudlow Concrete is a BIG joke! They showed up unexpectedly about 4 hours prior to our appointment time and did an estimate. We agreed to the work and a price. Kristi sent me an estimate the following Monday. She got the project dimensions wrong and had to amend the proposal twice to correct mistakes or missed work specifics. I was going to send her the signed estimate but I had a couple of questions I wanted clarification on about termite holes and a clause in one of their sections about them not being responsible for damage or cracks to existing concrete, stone or brick within 24" of the work area. Since they were going to replace a sinking slab of driveway concrete that was right up against my garage apron and part of the brick house exterior, I wanted to know what happens if they damage the brick on the house. She said she would talk to the owner and get back with me tomorrow. I never heard from her again although I left several messages to call me back. The next Monday I went ahead and signed the agreement anyway and sent it back to them and asked them to call me to schedule a start date. I left more messages that were not returned. A week later I got a hold of the owner Bill Sudlow and asked when they were going to come out. He told me that he was not going to be able to do the work. When I asked him why, he would not give me a specific answer other than I was too difficult to work with. Are you freaking kidding me?? I told him that I already signed and returned the estimate that they sent me even though my questions were never responded to. He reiterated that they would not do the work we agreed upon. Maybe that's for the best. With this kind of attitude, I highly doubt they would do a decent job anyway. But they could have notified me sooner instead of making me wait weeks. It's possible they thought my job was too small for them but I thought we had an agreement. Regardless, this company has no integrity and is unlikely to honor any warranty for work done by them if it comes to that!!! Later they responded to my complaint by saying that I tried to further negotiate the price while making a multitude of other contract requests. These are all lies coming from a dishonest and incompetent company whose owner is pretty condescending and doesn't like to deal with customers who ask legitimate questions before signing their contract. So Buyer Beware... you have been warned!!!

It is always refreshing and rewarding to select a company that not only meets your expectations but exceeds them as well. This was exactly my experience with Sudlow Concrete and the concrete services they provided at my home. Please allow me to share my experience in detail. I called to schedule an appointment for someone to come and give me an estimate. They had no idea that I grew up in the concrete business in Tennessee in which my father started 60 years ago. The work demand was just too high for my brother, now the owner, to bring the crew 5 hours away. I was quite impressed with Aaron from Sudlow Concrete when he came to my home 'on time' for the estimate. A very knowledgeable, non-pressure type of experience with Aaron. After my meeting with him, as well as the positive reviews I had read, I knew I would be doing business Sudlow Concrete. Yesterday, one of the crews from Sudlow Concrete showed up at my home (7:30 a.m). I spoke with the crew foreman (Alex) and within 5 minutes the men began working. Every person had a role and took it seriously. I've seen a lot of work with a Bobcat but never have I seen someone work it as well as Alex. They had the driveway and sidewalk up in very little time. He worked the Bobcat just as easy as I can lift food with a fork. Neighbors were stopping by and commenting just as much on their teamwork as well as the masterpiece they delivered. Aaron stopped by to check on their progress. I had a couple of changes and he said no problem. Concrete is a skill that everyone cannot do. I was also very impressed with their cleanup. These guys worked extremely hard all day with a positive attitude. I had no problem providing lunch and keeping a cooler of cold drinks available (not required, but something I gladly provided). The next morning, guys were here early not only taking off the forms, but also washing down (with a brush) my driveway because of some mud from the rain. To say I'm impressed with the work from Sudlow Concrete is an understatement. Again, I grew up in the business and know great work when I see it. I thank God for giving me the decision-making skills to select this company for the demo work, prep work, driveway and sidewalks.

The men were here on time. Very cordial men to work with. They did what I wanted done. The work was great they tried to do the best job they could do. They came a 8:00 am and left at 4:00 with job finished with my approval. I will recommend Sudlow Concrete to my friends. The price was very good better than other quotes.
