I used them only once and there were ok. They weren't fantastic. I was not very impressed. They did what they said they would do and they showed up on time. They are relatively reliable, but not very impressive. The house didn't look very different after they finished.

It was okay. The two guys that they sent were pretty young. It took them a really long time but the house was clean. There was no additional cost. There were several things that I had to go back and ask them to clean a little further. They were here about five or six hours. It is a three-bedroom town house, not too big, about 2000 square feet. I wouldn’t use them unless there was another Big Deal.

The maids had their headphones in talking to their boyfriends and were not paying attention and knocked a radio over, which broke. When they cleaned the bed sheets, they pinned the top sheet to the mattress.

A 2 person crew arrived to clean the house. They were efficient and professional. I honestly don't think my house has EVER been this clean. I think her name was Amber or Angela, she was absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend her again to anyone. She did such a great job. I had to meet with the owner before the service was to be scheduled. She performed a walk-thru of the house and gave me information on the services. Since I had already purchased the deal, this was a waste of time. I had to find time to be home from work to meet with her and I never got a call back or follow up after services were performed. That said, the cleaner who arrived was great.

Most import noted where the tech are allow for insurance purposes ( it protects the client and us). Excellent service!! I will definitely hire Simply Special on a monthly basis. The ladies who cleaned my house were prompt, professional and very thorough. I was very pleased with the way my house looked after the cleaning.

They were okay. They had to come back twice to do the job because they missed things. It was a new house so they had to do the cabinets and drawers, but when we moved in we still found stuff in them. They did try to accommodate us and were nice, but I wouldn't use them again.

The initial "deep clean" service was well done, but they neglected to clean out the refrigerator, which was to have been included. But we called and let Donna, the the scheduling manager, know about it, and she had the team complete that service the next time. In fact, any time we have had a special request about scheduling or about work we'd like done, Donna and Connie have been very responsive.

I've been using them in the long time. They came out and did it good. The first cleaning they did, I was not too happy with it so I let them know and they send second time the crew to do it again.

"My lead was cleaning the top of the Refrigerator when you call her down to clean up bodily fluids because you were sick from the flue. IT IS STATED IN CLIENT POLICIES we do not clean bodily fluids. She was written up for going against company policy. I am surprise by the C rate when that was the only thing missed was the top of refrigerator which was clean by myself."

they did not clean the floors very well at all, they were still dirty. A blind in my bathroom which was already broken came off when thy dusted it but they did not even bother to inform me of that

This was the first time I ever had someone clean my house so I didn't know what to do. Connie came out to my house ahead of time and asked me what was most important to me. I didn't even know. So we went from room to room and she asked everything I wanted done in that room. At the end of our conversation she said "I think baseboards are most important to you" I thought about it for a minute and realized she was right!!! I have RA so I cannot bend and get down on the floor as I used to and my baseboards were horrible and driving me crazy.
My house has not looked this good since the day I moved in 5 years ago!! They cleaned baseboards, wiped down doors and cabinets, cleaned the refrigerator and stove. My bathrooms sparkle --- and the shower, it looks brand new!! Dusted and mopped every room in the house and would have changed my bed linen in all bedrooms if I had wanted. Even my kids marveled at how clean the house was!!
I will be calling them at least every six months to clean my house. Thank you Connie and a big shout out to the ladies that actually cleaned my house!!!

Simply Special cleaned our rental property for us prior to new tenants moving in. I live out of state and the communication was great. They sent me pictures of an under cabinet issue that they weren't able to clean. I would recommend them and use them in the future.
