We had a lot of repairs done the last time. I had a solitaire that I wanted to put into my husband's grandmother's setting. They sized that and sized her wedding bands as well. They appraised some things for us. They also gave me back the old sitting which was great. They put a new battery in a watch. They also had to order a new head for the diamond. For everything it took them about week to complete, which was not bad at all.

Although the store does not look slick from the outside, when we entered the store was nice and the employees very professional. They helped us with every decision, from re-plating one piece, to resizing some rings, and rehanging a necklace. The price and service were great. The work was perfect. I also bought a very expensive estate sale diamond from them on a prior visit; at half the retail market price.
