Personal Service Plumbing, Mike Walker

Mike Walker and his partner Dave are both master plumbers with over 20 years experience. I called Mike on Friday just before 5pm and he came out to make the repair the next day (Saturday the weekend before Thanksgiving) in early afternoon. It was not an emergency call but he was very considerate in working us in right away. There was no extra charge for weekend work and no trip charge. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived when he said he would, with a courtesy call ten minutes beforehand. He inspected the toilet and told us there was no need to go to the expense of replacing the tank; replacing some parts would do. He completed the work promptly, inspected a kitchen faucet that I want to replace in the near future, and left the bathroom in pristine condition. I was very impressed and will definitely call him to replace the faucet and for any other work I have in future. He was also a pet lover, which was a bonus.
