"[Member Name Removed], we're very sorry to hear that you had a regrettable experience. We always strive to leave our customers 100% satisfied so we spoke with our technician about this appointment. To clarify, our technicians are not paid on commission. They are paid hourly for the exact reason that you brought up. We never want to sell anything to our customers that they don't need. Our technician took pictures on site and upon review, our management team agrees with Daniel's recommendation. Our team would have all made the same decision in our own homes. We understand that another electrician could have made a different recommendation. Again, we are sorry that you had a bad experience. Your account will be credited the $54.95 service fee. Please call us if you have any further questions or concerns."
Craftsman house. Mark Neal visited us initially, scoped out the job, explained
the procedure, stayed in touch throughout the process, answered many questions
and tied up loose ends on the final day. Suzanne Hawkins and Natasha in the
office were friendly and helpful on the phone and Catherine Cates worked with
us about our idiosyncratic payment preferences.
The back of our house presented difficulties. The crawl
space there is tight and the roof is low, but Tom and David tackled it with
resourcefulness and methods obviously developed through years of experience.
We?re glad we decided to go with Pat Murphy. As the
inspector who approved the work said, ?This company?s been around for a long
time??and clearly, there are reasons for that.
A total rewire to bring an old house up to code creates a
bit of an upheaval in one?s home and routine, but these guys?s friendliness,
helpfulness and knowledgeable answers to questions made it much easier.
Price was a little more than I was expecting, but for electrical work, I wasn't looking for the cheapest price. I wanted someone who knew what they were doing, and wanted it done right the first time, as some of the work done today was to clean up what a previous electrician supposedly fixed before we moved into this house.
We will definitely use PME in the future for any other needs. Thank you!
