The good: friendly, responsive, on time, professional, trustworthy, worked quickly to try to get the job done.
The bad: rushed the work which caused rework. Project kept getting delayed. Items had to be re-ordered. Bathroom shower had to be re-tiled because water was pooling. Water kept leaking into the shower area and it took many tries to fix that. Some of the tile was installed sloppily. Rushing the work caused many issues.
