NTB

I've bought tires from these guys twice before and was generally happy with the service and the price (that's why I didn't score them lower than a C). But, this time I was disappointed and probably won't be giving them more business. Yesterday, I called them to say that I needed to have my tires put on new rims that I had bought and asked if I should make an appointment for today. They said yes, took my information, and said that they would tell the service manager that I was coming in. When I went in this morning, they told me that there were four cars ahead of mine and that I would have to leave the car or try another one of their locations. I explained that I had an appointment and thought that my car would be worked on at the time of the appointment. I was told that they don't really make appointments and that the guy I talked to on the phone was only taking my information, but not making an appointment. So, I went to another tire company instead.
