About us

Musical Services, Inc. has been tuning and repairing pianos for over 21 years. We service Atlanta and surrounding areas. It is best for your piano to have a regular tuning schedule. I took over this company in November of 2000 and have built my client base strictly on word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business. I am meticulous in my work. Every tuning takes me between 1 1/4 to 2 hours. I have always loved pianos. I was a professional piano player for more than 25 years. As part of my client base, I service pianos for both Spelman College and Emory University in Atlanta and Oxford College in Oxford Georgia.

My interaction with him went well. It is a one person business. I think he is a very good piano tuner. He was very knowledgeable and he did a good job with the piano. His availability is excellent.

He does excellent job. Price doesn?t matter here as I had got an estimate from another guy as well and Mr. Richard Allen had standard prices. He was very meticulous and did very good work. He is very easy to work with and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I used Musical Services Inc to repair my piano in March. The person I contacted was Mr. Richard Allen. I had him to do own piano and then hired him to do some work on the Piano in my son’s school.
