My normally very reliable mower would not start. I noticed where something (apparently a squirrel) had chewed on the gas cap, and this let some water get in to the fuel tank. After removing the water from the fuel system, they did a tune-up (at my request), and the mower now starts immediately and runs great. I had purchased power equipment from this company in the recent past but had not used their service department. I saw their service department's A rating in Angie's List and decided to take it to them for repair. The original time estimate for repair was two weeks, but work was completed in one.

The repair was done very promptly, three days after I brought it in for repair. I could not have been more satisfied. I called ahead and described the problem to them and was told it would probably require cleaning the carburetor. I was told up-front that their standard charge for service is $60/hr and that if the repair would cost more than $130, they would call before proceeding. When I came to pick-up the repaired chipper, they started it for me, without my asking, so I could see that it had been repaired properly. I was helped in both unloading and loading this very heavy machine.

They told me how long it would take, but they called me back and had it done quicker than expected. That was a plus as well! They give excellent service. They help you load and unload from your car.
