House Cleaning
They were late. When The two women finally showed, the older looking one was totally dismissive, did not return my greeting and literally sashayed up my drive way. The work was so bad that I had to have them return the following Monday.
That duo was far more professional and personable. However, the areas the prior duo missed was also missed by this one. I felt that the individual who took my call regarding the first visit failed to communicate to the second crew what needed to be done. The first crew was supposed to perform a new client cleaning that was supposed to last three to four hours. They were there about 90 min. Tops. I'll never use them again!

House Cleaning
They were supposed to show up between 8-12 and didn't show up until 1:00pm. They did a sloppy job cleaning and had to send someone back out the next day. The staff that they sent the second time did an excellent job. Initially, I was not thrilled with the first cleaning service.
