MASSEY GUTTERS

He installed new gutters for me in 2014 and promised life time warranty. Two months ago I noticed some gutters are separate from the wood. When I first contacted Chris, he asked me to take pictures of wood. After I sent him pictures, he said he would fix the problem. After weeks of waiting and calling him once every week, he promised to go there. But again he did not go and his phone became silent. I took a look at the BBB, he has closed his business. His google reviews reflect similar stories as mine. I can't understand why he is still on Angie's list.

They finished the entire house in one day.

They did a terrible job. Completely unacceptable. After several calls they came and made some repairs, but the job never looked right, and the gutters still do not function right. After call after call and promises to make right never materialized I finally gave up. I would not use again. Beware.

Superb work! They were profession, attentive to detail, careful, and prompt. I would definitely use them again.

They seemingly did a good job because I don't know anything about gutters. I started having trouble with leaks in the corners that were not properly sealed. I called them to come and repair the gutters and clean them. They cleaned the gutters but never repaired the gutters. They took our money for both. I called them to come back and they would never come. They were a no-show for about four times. I gave up on them. The owner's name is Chris Massey and he's grumpy and unprofessional. He doesn't do the job. The price turned out high for what they did.

I am writing this for my elderly mother. Gutters installed and during the installation process, they spray painted white on my brown siding. To date, still have not cleaned all of the paint. In addition, the gutters leak. Numerous calls have been made to Mr. Massey and he will not return phone calls and to date has not fixed the leaks nor completed the clean up of the paint.

Massey gutters installed my gutters at an angle where the gutters are slanting away from the downspouts and pooling up water. I have tried to call Chris Massey several times to fix them, and I have left several messages for him with no return call. I am very dissapointed with this company. DO NOT USE

Part of gutters were slanted the wrong way so they were holding water as opposed to draining water. I had to call them back out on that and they were not exactly timely or thrilled. They sold me a top for the gutters and said it would work; it did not. I paid extra for that. The slant on my roof is too steep for that. So, that was a waste of money. I would not recommend them.

Not good because he was shown the gutters had holes and he said the caps would prevent any clogging or leaks. Our home had water damage and he did not return to fix the leaks.
