Marlowe's Concrete

The work seemed ok at first, but within two weeks there were corners broken off and a crack in the concrete. I contacted Marlow many times - he told me he would make the repairs, and he set appointments 4 or 5 times to come fix it, but each time he never showed up and did not let me know he was not coming. I finally gave up on ever having the repairs made. He sounds very sincere and responsible, then just does not show up and does not contact you. If you hire him, you'd better hope he gets it right the first time because he does not stand behind his work. And, he sounds so sincere when he apologizes for not coming out or contacting you and sounds like this time he is REALLY going to come out. I wasted a lot of time chasing him down over and over only to eventually just give up. Once he got paid, I never saw him again.

.He did not finish his job and left the waste on site. he promise to
finish and cleaned up the mess. but never come back after he draw the money from check.
He did not finishing concrete edge, still in bad shape, digging and install water hose from gutter. and clean up mess and ,throw away the waste. I am very disapointed.

Everything went very smoothly. Marlowe promptly replied to my request for a quote and was able to do the work quickly. When he was delayed on another job, he called to let me know he was going to be late. He and his crew worked over 13 hours one day in order to get the job finished because rain was predicted the next day. The price was reasonable and the concrete looks great. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up, even doing some extra things. I would definitely recommend Marlowe's Concrete.
