It was probably okay. It was fine. It kind of like they responded to us online. Basically, 2 people arrived. One of them arrived pretty much on time and he's hardworking. The other one arrived late and was not hard working. Generally, we're satisfied.

Ann and Christy are always on time. They work diligently and finish in a reasonable amount of time.

It went well. They did a good job. I wouldn't say they were professional. They were cleaning ladies, they weren't real serious, rigid or anything. They came in and did a great job. But, I would definitely not use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. My husband set it up. I didn't interact with them, but when I got home from work they were nice and it looked like they were doing a good job. They only had so many hours to do the house, but they were able to complete the whole house. Our house is pretty large. I don't know if I have any complaints. We've only used them once, but I thought they did a better job than what we've had with a prior company.
