Good on framing, fee, subcontractor painter Bad on detail work, very argumentative and has a temper, had to redo the ceiling twice and when six large gaps in the beadboard emerged after completion of the job, he would not honor his written guarantee to make the repairs to fill the gaps. Job took much longer than anticipated (fall, winter and spring) to build one screened-in porch.

They were very good. He does a good job of easing the floor, they do quality work. His professional behavior was very good.

It went very well overall. Joe even allowed me to assist him in some of the work. It was a learning experience for me as well.
