It was fine. I don't recall the price. The appearance was fine when I got home. I don't know anything about their work when they were physically here. The end result was good!

I first asked Falling Leaves to come out to perform a late spring cleaning after I purchased my home back in May. While they were a bit expensive, they did an excellent job with both the front and back yard looking great. I then asked Falling Leaves to come back out a month later to my home to quote me a monthly lawn maintenance service. While I had requested only a quote, they completed a service prior to my accepting their proposal. This time, however, the service was poorly executed as the lawn was cut unevenly and with large spots where the riding mower cut the lawn down to the dirt. The quote they provided was three times as much as other providers, so I will not be using them going forward.

We had been maintaining our yard for a couple of years, but over the summer, it got away from us. We needed a total yard clean-up for an outdoor party, and we needed it fast. Falling Leaves sent a representative over within a couple of days of our call, and they made a special trip out to get our yard done in time for the party that same week. A very polite and professional team mowed, trimmed, and cleaned up sticks, pine cones, sweetgum balls, and leaves so that we could see the grass again. We were amazed at the transformation. What would have taken us 2-3 days took them under an hour, and it looked beautiful. They also happily hauled off the leaf and debris bags so that we didn't have those sitting in front of our house awaiting county pick-up during the party.
We were so happy with Falling Leaves that we hired them to do bi-monthly yard maintenance for the remainder of the year. They're reliable, professional, and easy to work with.

They are unobtrusive. The yard looks nice and we don't even know when they have been here. We just take them for granted. We pay them annually.
