Elsa's Cleaning Service has been in the business for over 30 years now. We are a family owned business that is committed to making your home as clean as possible. We provide detail cleaning. Our team has been working with us between 2 to 14 years, and over half our clients have been with us over 7 years! (we are so thankful for them!) Our team is honest, reliable, thorough, trustworthy, and the best team we have ever had. We are also fully licensed and insured. After our initial cleaning, we strive for the same team member to come to your house every time your house is cleaned to personally care for your house. Thank you!

"Hi [Member Name Removed] - We apologize again that we didn't meet your needs during our visits, and that we didn't initially understand the special requests related to the China cabinet. Since it wasn't a service we could provide, we sent a note apologizing and said we understood if you needed to look for someone else that could do it, as well as offered & provided a visit refund. Sincerely apologize that this came across in a manner that was upsetting - we were truly trying to put ourselves in your shoes and understood that you probably wanted someone else that could do what you needed. We appreciate the opportunity to service your home and sorry again for any inconvenience."
Elsa and her husband, Roger, came for a consultation to see the size of my home and to determine what my needs were. Elsa explained in detail how the service works and asked about any preferences/concerns that I had. They are wonderful – very personable and clearly committed to providing an excellent service. Following that visit, an employee was assigned to my home and Elsa and Roger returned with her for the initial deep cleaning and to ensure that her employee understood what would be required going forward. I am delighted with her employee (she is here every other week for approximately 3 hours) and with the results of her work. The house sparkles when she is done! I began this service about 5 months ago and I have been extremely pleased. Clients pay a fee for the initial deep cleaning, then the cost of the subsequent scheduled visits is less, based on the size of the home and other factors. Elsa’s Cleaning Service is reliable, responsive and professional. I highly recommend!

A crew of 3 should up promptly Thursday morning. I appreciated her calling and letting me know they were less than 30 minutes away.
They did a fantastic job! Very personable. Elsa has been in the business for a while and it really shows in her and her staffs work.. They clean, check and re check every area of the house.
I would feel 100% confortable giving them a key to my home for cleaing when I'm not there and will!

I did not stay while they did the work - I had to be at work myself. But they did the work and then locked the door behind them when they left. All in all, it was just what I was hoping for. I would definitely work with them again.

"Our apologies for not responding sooner to this review. We have been using Kudzu.com for numerous years and just went on Angie's List. If you wish to see how well we work and have an opportunity to read about us, please look us up on Kudzu.com. Then, you can compare us. Now concerning this review, we do want you to know that we have kept our employees from 3 to 14 years. We do not understand why (member name removed) said we had a lot of turnover. (member name removed) has had the same employee cleaning for her for the six years that she used our service, which was on a monthly basis. That employee has been with us for 14 years and is a supervisor for our company. (member name removed) had been very happy with this employee's work until we told her that she had been promoted and would not be able to service her house because she was moved into a supervisory position. During this time, my employee needed to take three months off to go out of the country for personal reasons. At that time we provided another employee temporarily. We also told (member name removed) that , if, at any time she had any problems with our service to please let us know. She never complained about our work until my supervisor came back to clean again. Then, she mentioned to her that she was not as happy with the other employee. We would have taken care of any issues with the cleaning immediately, if we had learned about it. My employee that cleaned her house for six years told me she was not comfortable cleaning her house anymore because of the stress involved in this house. We made the decision to stop servicing this house for the sake of our employee. So (member name removed) did not fire us, we terminated our service with her. ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE LOOK US UP ON KUDZU.COM. We are very upset with her misleading statement. We do our very best to please every customer we have with excellent work and loyal employees."
I was given choice for the first cleaning, which was deep cleaning and sprinkling. They then have a regular ongoing cleaning. I was very happy with their job and highly recommend them. I like their services and will use the same in future.
