 + -1 moreMR. FEDERICO GAVE A VERY THOROUGH HOME INSPECTION. WE WERE ABLE TO DISCOVER SOME ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED PRIOR TO OUR PURCHASE. HE EVEN POINTED OUT ELEMENTS THAT WERE PART OF GENERAL HOME CARE FOR THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THE WORK PERFORMED WAS A HOME INSPECTION, INCLUDING THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE HOME. THE INSPECTION WAS TO IDENTIFY AND DISCLOSE VISIBLE DEFECTS, CRACKS AND ANY OTHER MAJOR DEFICIENCIES AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. THE REPORT WAS PART OF A HOME PURCHASE.
