Two man crew arrived without prior notice. They worked maybe two hours but recorded 14 hours according to their manager. I was at home the whole time. There was very little evidence of any substantial limbs trimmed, and they failed to clean up whatever debris they did produce. I complained to the office. They dropped the charges by about 40%.

He came at the scheduled time to examine the tree. He walked around my front and back yard to look at any other trees that might need assistance. I decided to just cut the dead limbs/branches from the tree in the front yard. He emailed a Proposal with the work and price.

The Bartlett team did an excellent job. The arborist gave me helpful information to make a decision on removing a tree. The team that did the removal and trimming were professional and left the job site neat and tidy.

I've been using them for probably about five years. There might have been a year gap there. I had one extensive trimming done about four years ago for $1500. Since then, it has been treating for beetles on the trees that are closest to the house, along the driveway and one shot fertilization. That's typically what they do. I had one dangerous limb taken down. They brought a bucket truck and took that limb down. They're kind of sloppy on their invoicing. I had to send an invoice back. I contacted the arborist. They had charged me the original proposal. But a determination was made when the crew showed up not to do the trimming for the hickory trees. They didn't do it and they showed it on the invoice. The arborist said, "Oh I'm sorry. I'll take care of it." It just was aggravating. But they're overall, nice guys. I think they're good arborists and they're really good people, but I think the administration there is a little lax.

I have used for the last several years Bartlett Tree Experts.There are two treatment. I had the June treatment. The next one is in August. They are $152. I would use them again. I am under a contract with them now to do some work.

They were very prompt in coming out and giving us an estimate. It was somewhat high pressure so we signed an agreement that day. It was several weeks until the work was completed and we did not receive a bill until we called them. $2600 is too much for one tree. It was a ridiculous amount, and we were not told that this was cash only.

I called Art Morris at Bartlett Tree Experts in Tucker. I asked him to come and perform an x-ray examination of a large tree to see if it was still healthy. (Bartlett is one of the few arborists that offers this service.) He came, looked at the tree and its surroundings, tapped on it and told me that the tree was very healthy and that an x-ray exam would be a waste of $350. When I asked him for the bill, he said it would be no charge. He asked only that I recommend him to others, which I am doing here. We are loyal customers since 2005 and we trust this business like family. Art Morris, arborist, made made an unscheduled visit to assess our trees - which Art does every couple of years. One trip for tree feeding and another for tree pruning. I was home for the pruning and saw how carefully they moved our patio furniture out of harm's way. They also worked around my unoccupied honey bee swarm traps which hang in the crepe myrtles at a height of 30 feet. Their work is very methodical and safe.

clearly a first rate company, well educated, fully trained, workers are pros, supervision is even better. Yes, I paid for what I got but large oaks are a legacy for the future once their cut they can't be glued back in place. These people know what they are doing and they climb trees not using spikes.

Prior to their help, my older large azaleas were dying, despite a service by another company. They have helped me save many of my older, large Azaleas. Art, the gentleman I work with, is always willing to answer any questions and is very helpful. This is a top notch company that has provided me excellent service.

I have used Bartlett for several years for all of my tree needs. They do amazing work removing trees and trimming trees.
Their arborist is very knowledgeable and will come by and give you advice on any tree or schrub problem. He is a staunch believer in saving any tree possible before removing a tree. When removal is necessary he will assist in obtaining the necessary permits and will provide an estimate of the cost. I have never been billed for any amount over the estimate.
The crew always comes on the day and time promised. It's a show in itself watching them climb the trees and swing from branch to branch. They get the work done very quickly and leave no trace of debry when they leave.
I would never use anyone else for tree service.

I have used this tree service for over 20 years. During this time I have used them to remove several large dead trees in very tight and difficult areas, along with prunning and annual tree and shrub care. I have also used them after storm damage. They have always been extremely prompt and professional. They are exceptionaly careful not to damage any property or other plants. Clean up after the work has been immaculate. I have always had a very positive experince in all of my years dealing with this company

An arborist assed the trees and gave an estimate for the work. I scheduled the crew to remove the tree and they came on time. They were polite and careful to protect any parts of the landscape in the area of the tree. The tree removal was efficient and the crew cleaned the site beautifully.
