ADVANCED APPLIANCE SERVICES

It appears the technician didn't know what he was doing. The original repair was 7/21/20. After multiply calls and several visits to date 8/25/20 my machine still doesn't work. The technician took the motor out of the washer on 8/3/20 and has not returned or have anyone called. Yes they give a 90 day warranty that doesn't mean a thing. Don't use this company

This company actually left me speechless after the tech walked out because I asked a question about how my stove works! I tried them because my neighbors all raved about Advanced Appliance Service and they are local. First,office staff are nice but seem disorganized. Second, the tech (Stephen?) was very rushed, and appeared to not want to be there. While he worked on dishwasher, he set oven to 350. Before it even got to 350, he opened it, told me "it heats up so it is the relay board and temperature sensor." He didn't even check the temperature inside the oven. When I asked him how the two parts work together, he replied "You want it fixed right, or not?" He flung his drill into his bag on the floor, told me "I'm outta here" and walked out of the house, yelling back at me "I'm not gonna argue with you." I hired a female-owned company. She actually opened the back of the oven, tested ALL parts more than once, and checked the oven temperature. Turns out, it was a completely different board that was bad. That arrogant **** inadvertently saved me a couple hundred dollars in unnecessary repairs.

The maintenance guy that Advanced Appliance Services sent out to my home did a great job, but he left water in my overflow pan. I had to work all week on getting this water out of the pan. They were right on time, like they said they would be, and they came out on a Saturday to do the work. I was pleased that they did this so that I didn't have to miss work. I would definitely use this company again.
