Well and Pump Service
The first pump burnt up. Coastal well couldn't provide the warranty info. Finally ended up hiring another company to fix the mess.

The technician repaired the leaks and left. I assumed there would be no charge, since they did not do a proper job in the first place. But I received a bill for $96.00. ($75.00 for service call and $21.00 for a valve). I was grieving my husband's death and didn't feel up to arguing about the bill, so I paid it. But I am very unhappy with the whole situation. I should not have been charged for a repair on what they didn't do properly in the first place.

It was after the sale that we got no responce from Jay the owners son or the owner. We wanted a hand pump added (we were to pay for the hand pump) Jay was to purchase it. Installation was included in the price of well.
We still have not had a return call form them.
