When technician arrived diagnosed the issue right away. He was very knowledgeable and thorough thru out the whole process. Very good place to do good business to deal with. Thought it would be a major problem turned out it was a simple issue. It was a 2 month old refrigerator, we are so glad to have them come and saved us a lot of money and time.

Our service Tech. Tre was on time & very professional. We called him at the end of the day on Friday for washing machine service & told him we will only be at home for another day for him to perform our repair. He showed up Friday evening & diagnosed the problem but had to order a part to complete the repair. His service call, labor & part quote was very reasonable. I will definitely use his service again if needed in the future.
