Our problem was that the existing screws were beginning to loosen and "back out" with one actual leak inside our attached garage. Jerry Taylor came on schedule to review the job requirements. A few days later he provided a quote which was slightly lower than two other quotes received. As he had other jobs lined up, he said he would need to schedule the work several weeks out. We agreed. About as expected, he called recently to schedule the job. This week the work was done, exactly as planned. Jerry arrived to introduce the crew and then left. Three men worked all of a long day and completed the job. They were efficient, courteous, and careful to look for and retrieve any debris left from the job. I would say the job went very smoothly.

Jerry took the time to answer my multiple questions with great patience! He even ordered samples of the different gauges for us to review. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. The installers left the surrounding yard/area clean of roofing debris.
