Earlier this year, my sister and I hired Shawn B. to clear our lot, with an "accessible driveway". We told him from day 1 that the lot was high in elevation and that he needed to level the driveway enough so vehicles can easily get in and out. He came to inspect the lot and said, "no problem." He did not! My sister can't even get up the driveway in her pick-up truck. No vehicles can't get up that driveway! The site area that he cleared for the home isn't even level. My sister called him and texted him several times with no reply! Now, we're going to have to hire someone else, and pay more money, to get the job done right. It really angers us when people won't do their jobs and do them right! Shame on you, Shawn B.

"I'm sorry you feel this way when I met your sister on the job I told her it would be better to come in from the side and curve around up to the area she said she could not get her tiny home pulled in that way so the only reason I put it straight up the hill is that is what she wanted to do and I also told her it would be steep she said ill have to deal with it I've been doing grading for twenty one years never had no complaints I do the best I can do to make everyone happy but when people don't listen to my advice its hard to do. thanks Shawn belcher"

Quality of work was outstanding. He went far beyond my expectations and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend his service at any time. Kept us informed as to when he was available to start our project. During the project, he would check with us if we wanted something done that we had not discussed. Shawn was very personable. He came out and gave me a quote for clearing out my woods down to our creek. He did an excellent job, showed up when he said he would and finished the job within a week. We love the view he created for us, keeping the area wooded but clean. He hauled away most of the debris and was able to get a permit to burn the rest. We will use him again in the future.

We made an appointment to look at the project and he was right on time. Came up with a price which for me seemed reasonable as I am familiar with the construction industry. The work was completed on schedule and The end result was even better than I initially hoped for. This was for a small demolition, significant land clearing and spreading of rock for our driveway

Had to wait 3 weeks due to rain delays. Well worth the wait. Did outstanding job. managed to complete putting in new leech field for septic tank in one day, including county inspections.

I had a Septic system problem which required a new tank to be installed. Sean worked with the County Inspector to find an economical solution that both fixed the problem permanently and was cost effective. Shawn Belcher was amazing to work with! Explained step by step of what might be happening with my septic system. We were held up due to storms but as soon as my spot on earth dried out, his company was there to complete the job. He also stayed in touch with the Health Inspector and followed all rules. I am going to lineup a couple of more "moving dirt" jobs with him. Thank you Belcher's Earth Shaping!!!

I had a small driveway put in up a on a pretty steep sloop. Shawn did a great job. It came out much better than I had expected. Very professional. We had a few rain delays, and Shawn kept in touch and let us know what he was planning. Never had to wonder what was going on. I would recommended Shawn and hire him again.
