they had to change my heater out, which was under warranty, they warrantied the part. they even called back to check on
us to make sure everything was okay. Great People

They have a 24 hour answering service. We've called them at night when it's cold and they either come out and check it for you or if it's something they can talk you through they will. They accommodate the customers.
