It went great the team at lowes was great and the installers was great. The communication was on spot

Before ordering the carpet, we set an appointment with the installer to come out and measure the rooms we wanted done. A few days later he calls and we setup an appointment for him to come out. He shows up about 10 minutes late (called to let me know he was running late, but was still about 10 minutes late), but no big deal, I was in no hurry. A few days after measuring we go to order carpet, a slight delay in getting the measurements from him, but no big deal. (big purchase, I wasn't in any hurry) We order the carpet and once it arrives we get a call from the installer and schedule an installation date. On the installation date, they arrive around the set time. The 'lead installer', I guess you would call him, drops off his two installers and leaves to come back when they are finishing up. (the 'lead installer' is the one who took the measurements) The two installers were great, not too talkative, polite, efficient, and they actually took care of our carpet when unrolling and cutting it. They finish up (took a little longer than expected), and we inspect their work...IMPRESSIVE. I was very impressed with the installation, they did a very good job. I would definitely recommend, and keep on the lookout for the $39 whole-house installation of Stainmaster carpets at Lowe's, it's a great deal.
