Kim's Tifton Bus & Tax Services Inc

This year, after a few years of financial struggle and job-loss, my husband was having to file taxes from out of state. 6 months ago, we asked Kim to mail our paperwork of our previous years' returns. She said she would. Nothing ever came of that. We tried calling for weeks starting in approximately January, to no avail. My husband even sent in a money-order for $250 to cover the cost of pulling to files and delivering them to us. She hadn't asked for the money, we just thought that maybe that would bring a response. It didn't. 
I finally got a return call yesterday and she said that she has been having personal issues. She advised that she would be back in her office by lunch time. (It was 8:30-ish when she called.) I asked for the $250 back and she said that she had done some work for us, which she didn't since my husband had already had to file taxes without the previous returns. I was pretty upset but said that I would compromise and only ask for $125 back. She agreed and advised that she would call me back. I waited all day long and she NEVER called.
