"This customer purchased a used system from us and yes there was a warranty on the units parts. They called us on a Saturday 8 months later and the system was dirty and needed cleaning. We cleaned the system and it was working fine when we left but they did call back and we didn't charge to come out. We found the thermostat was bad which was not installed with the system we installed, it was already there and was not covered under the unit warranty. We installed a new thermostat and they didn't want to pay for it so we took it down. I guess some people can't be pleased....."

"We appreciate the feedback and apologize for any miscommunication. Most split system air/heat combinations have a condensate drain that we install a p-trap in just like under a sink. This allows the system to drain properly. Sometimes during the winter when the drain is sitting idle it gels or sludge's and blocks the drain. As spring approaches and we start having cold nights and warm days sometimes we need the air condition during the day. All it takes is a run cycle of 20 minutes and water begins to flow into the drain. We design the safety overflow prevention to cut the system off. So in this case the safety did its job all though the heating is still being used as temperatures fluctuate so drastically in the south.
